Cities keep expanding their zero-emission zones, so the light electric vehicle takes over the work of the van. OWSYM makes that vehicle smart: six components built in as one on-board system that sees the risk before the driver does, warns in the moment and shows the fleet owner what happened on the street.
One screen for the rider, one dashboard for the office. Built for drivers, fleet owners, municipalities, insurers and dealers, and tested on real streets in Delft. See it live at the International Cargo Bike Festival (12–13 October) and Fleet Expo (11–12 November) in Jaarbeurs Utrecht.
The fleet owner dashboard now runs on your phone too. You don't need to sit behind a desk to know what's happening on the street. Step outside for some fresh air, grab a coffee, walk to the next meeting. Your fleet comes with you.
A top manager doesn't watch a screen all day. A top manager steps in at the right moment, from anywhere.
Across Europe, cities keep expanding their zero-emission zones. But the work doesn't disappear. Once the van can't get in: who fixes your leak? Who brings your parcel?
That isn't just the city's problem.
That's your revenue standing at a closed street.
Don't adapt the city to the vehicle.
Adapt the vehicle to the city.
No visibility, no data, no proof. You put a vehicle on the street and hope it comes back the way it left.
OWSYM upgrades every LEV: a road companion for the driver and a data tool for the business behind it. Cameras, sensors and AI in one on-board system, built into the vehicle you already run.
Nothing depends on the driver's phone, and detection keeps working when the network drops. The intelligence sits in the vehicle itself, watching the street while the driver drives.

Front and rear cameras read the street in real time and pick out cyclists, pedestrians and vehicles in the vehicle's path.
One clear signal at the moment it matters — on the screen, in the mirrors, in sound. No alert storms.
Position, load, tilt, driver ID and driving behaviour travel over LTE to the fleet dashboard.
Risk moments are kept with their context, so a disputed incident is settled with footage instead of two stories.
Six components, one system. Fitted into enclosed light electric vehicles — roofed quadricycles, compact delivery vehicles and light transport vehicles used in last-mile logistics.
The same system, the same moment, seen from both sides of the operation.
Nobody wakes up excited about a safety policy. But everybody likes to win. OWSYM turns every shift into a game the rider actually wants to play. Smooth braking, the right speed with a heavy load, clean corners and zero warnings all add up to points.
The rider sees the score grow on the Data BOARD during the shift. The fleet owner sees who is climbing on the Fleet BOARD. Good driving finally gets noticed, and it pays off.
Better drivers. Less damage. More fun on every route.
Tested on real streets in Delft, on real vehicles, in real traffic.
Real-time blind spot detection through computer vision. The system classifies what it sees and tracks how close it is.
Front and rear zones are watched at once — the moment someone enters one, the driver knows and surrounding traffic is signalled.
The warning appears where the driver already looks. When drivers trust the signal, they make better decisions on the road.
A safe speed is calculated from load weight, route and conditions, with visual and audio warnings when it is exceeded. Live load cell monitoring alerts at 95% capacity, before the load does damage. The IMU tracks vehicle angle 50 times per second: warning at 35°, emergency alert at 50°, with the incident video recorded automatically and the fleet owner notified.
Dual-layer verification: RFID badge plus a personal PIN. The fleet owner sees exactly who drove what, when and where — and the office can push messages and delivery addresses straight to the screen in the cab.
Couriers navigate busy streets where dangerous situations arise in split seconds. OWSYM handles the watchkeeping so the rider can stay concentrated on the road.
Managing a fleet of LEVs means juggling vehicles, people and risk at the same time, every day. OWSYM puts all three in one view.
The objection is rarely the emission part. It's whether the light vehicles replacing vans are safe in a busy street. OWSYM makes that measurable.
For insurers, objective riding data enables usage-based cover. For dealers and OEMs, it's a smarter, safer vehicle from day one.

Hardware, installation, updates and support are included in the monthly fee. Start with on-board safety, add fleet data and AI when you need them.
The pilot start is €1,500 per vehicle for the first three months, after which your package runs monthly. Pilot partners on Genius then receive the Founding Partner Appreciation: €439 instead of €500 per vehicle per month for the following nine months. All prices exclude VAT.
We're looking for 3 to 5 Tribe Members to help shape the future of safe, intelligent LEV mobility. Early access to OWSYM before public release, direct input into what gets built, and a competitive edge as one of the first fleets with AI safety on board.
We don't work with everyone. We work with the right ones.

I'm not here to wait. I'm here to build what others won't. I've failed. I've fought. I've kept moving — because I believe in a smarter, safer world, and I won't wait for someone else to create it. That mindset, that's LAIONS.Justin Timmermans — founder, LAIONS
Tell us what you drive and where you drive it. We'll come back with what a fit looks like, what it costs, and how long installation takes.
